Admissions to Reception September 2023
We will be holding school tours on Wednesday 12th and 19th October 2022, 10am-11am. The tours will give prospective parents an opportunity to see our school in action, meet our children and staff and ask any questions you may have. Please contact the school office to book onto one of the tours. If these times aren't suitable for you, then we can be flexible.
In year admissions
If your child(ren) has/have been offered a place at Beedon Primary School by West Berkshire Council, we will make contact with you and invite you into school to introduce ourselves, arrange a tour of the school and complete the necessary forms and discuss your school uniform requirements.You will also have an opportunity to meet with your child/ren's class teacher(s).Should you wish to visit the school before making an application to West Berkshire council for a school place, please contact the school office to make an appointment.
We are a vibrant and active school community
Parents are welcomed into the school and are involved in a wide range of activities. The school has strong links with the village and is very much part of the local community. The school is well supported by parents and our active and committed Governing Board.

Admission to The Downs School
In 2017, The Downs School consulted upon and changed their admissions policy to take into account children attending Downland Federation primary schools. Children who attend Beedon CE Primary and Compton CE Primary schools have a higher ranking on The Downs School oversubscription criteria.
